Date of Death: Tue 02 Dec 1986 - Sergeant Ronald Alan Cook (ex British and Rhodesian SAS) was Killed in Action at Soutpansberg while following up on tracks near Alldays, Messina. Two insurgents had been killed when a third insurgent that had been hiding in a warthog burrow, shot the sergeant at point blank range.
