A hoofman gave the bakkie to Frans after SWAPO PLAN attacked the hoofmans kraal, Frans and his team ZF went and smacked SWAPO around for attacking the kraal. Frans got a SAP number for the bakkie from the office for fuel and spare parts seeing he was using it for work but the deal was it remained Frans’s property. Later after Frans died we had a disagreement with the office and Col Viljoen as they assumed the bakkie belonged to the state. When Alf Long left he took the bakkie with him home to Welkom.
